Consultants: Name, home address, email address, phone number, VAT No, Tax Id, Bank account details, payment details, CV, job history, skills, education details, licences held, Fees, details of Visa/ right to work in Ireland, proof of insurance and details, proof of employment with HSE.

Candidates: Name, home address, email address, phone number, VAT No, Tax Id, Bank account details, payment details, CV, job history, skills, education details, licences held, current salary, desired salary, details of Visa/right to work in Ireland, proof of insurance and details, proof of employment with HSE.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

Contacting you directly: EHF29 Limited staff may contact you to verify your details, inform you of upcoming clinics or opportunities, answer any queries you may have and provide you with any information that you may request.

Clinics/Postings: to organise the Clinic/posting that you will be participating in.

Payment of salaries: to organise payment of your fees/salary following a successful posting.

Accuracy of details: EHF29 Limited staff may contact you to ensure that the details that we have on record are accurate and up-to-date.

Creation of profile: EHF29 Limited may create a file on our internal network to record our communications with you and Clinics/postings that you participate in.

HSE, Participating Hospital/Clinic: EHF29 Limited may disclose your personal information to the HSE and/or the Participating Hospital/Clinic in order to enable you to carry out services (such as for security purposes or health and safety requirements on the premises of work).

Legal Requirements: EHF29 Limited may disclose your information to legal authorities to support statutory obligations, legal proceedings and/or where there is an actual or potential threat to personal safety, fraud and other suspected or actual illegal activities.

From the HSE/Participating Hospital/Clinic: Sometimes the HSE/Participating Hospital/Clinic will provide us with your information to identify suitable candidates for the Clinic.
